About Me
I am extremely passionate about meaningful and accessible education for everyone. In my commitment to creating a better world which is inclusive of all differences, I have used my personal experiences of autism to drive change in specialist and mainstream schools, and have delivered Autism training at local, regional, national, and international events.
As a Helena Kennedy Foundation winner in 2009, I also have personal experience of overcoming adversity to continue in education and become successful in a career that is meaningful to me. I love to learn; and I love inspiring others to love learning too.
In my previous roles, I have been required to manage and deliver projects to a high standard, using knowledge and latest research to drive evidence-led practice. I have also had experience of producing a range of written outputs, including the following articles:
-
Radio City Liverpool (10 Oct 2019 and 26 May 2020)
-
‘Autistic Women in the Workplace’, Health and Wellbeing Conference 2020
